Detroit History Tours invites you to delve into those remarkable tales of adventure, experimentation, activism, showmanship, and pure Detroit spirit. Let us be your guide to the hidden history of our captivating city. Whether you are a lifelong Tigers fan or a newcomer to the Motor City, our comprehensive, meticulously researched tours led by experts offer something for everyone.

Detroit History Tours takes pride in presenting digital audio tours in addition to our on-site tours by bus, boat, and foot (tickets available on our website Detroithistorytours.com). We sincerely hope that visitors will enjoy downloading these virtual tours and exploring our city at their convenience. The app is complimentary, with each tour priced between $6 to $20 dollars to download. Once a tour is purchased, it is yours for a lifetime, allowing guests to enjoy it repeatedly.

The app features geolocation and navigation capabilities to guide you as you walk, bike, or drive along the route. At each stop, an audio clip will play along with corresponding images to narrate the history of the location and provide context to Detroit's story. Each tour description specifies physical requirements, recommended travel times, and all necessary information to ensure an enjoyable experience.

If you are not in Detroit but wish to 'travel' with us, each tour includes a manual feature that enables you to progress through locations, listening to the audio and viewing images without physically being on-site.
